Overview
NLRB is an independent federal agency charged with safeguarding employees' rights to organize and to determine whether to have unions as their bargaining representative. The agency also works to prevent and remedy unfair labor practices of private sector employers and unions.
Optimos is helping new client NLRB with ongoing development of its Siebel-based, next-generation case management system (NxGen). Program technologies that Optimos supports include Documentum, xPression, Captiva, Drupal and Solr. Optimos will provide the system’s operations and maintenance (O&M) services; develop and provide O&M for NLRB’s public and internal websites; support all related applications; and provide project management.
Optimos NxGen development services will encompass NLRB’s legacy systems and platforms including Drupal, Solr and Documentum.
